Mark DeGennaro

Mark is a legal and business executive with experience working with financial sponsors, privately held businesses and company founders on legal, operational and financial matters, including the evaluation of acquisition opportunities and new strategic initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of a New York-based investment banking firm and worked for the law firm of White & Case.
